PDF to RDL conversion

I have a project that we need to dynamically output a PDF document.
The format I have it in now is PDF. I want to be able to bring this
PDF into the Visual Studio report designer as a starting point. I will
the drop report parameters on to the report to add the dynamic data.
Is there any way I can convert a PDF document into an RDL file?I haven't heard of an automatic converter that will take a PDF and create an
RED, not sure how it would be able to do that anyway.
