PDF Export Causes 100 % CPU - MS Response appreciated

I have a 100 page report that I render as PDF and then show in an
IFrame from a C# Ascx user control. It takes about 3 minutes to
render if ONE person is rendering the report. The CPU goes to about
50 %. If TWO people attempt to render the report, the CPU goes to
100% and the reports don't render (at least after 11 minutes).
If I render to HTML, it takes about 15 seconds although HTML Rendering
is not an option in this application.
This is running on a server with 1 GIG of memory Xeon 2.38 processor.
I've installed Service Pack 1 (although it blasted through the install
REALLY FAST so I have my doubts).
I had thought that SP1 was supposed to improve PDF rendering. Is
there something I can program to improve performance?
This issue, if not resolvable, makes RS unusable for this application
which is not an option I'm pleased with.
Thanks in Advance for the Reply

heuert@.comcast.netSP1 does contain some improvement for PDF rendering. We are continuing to
improve it for the next release. If you can send the repro (RDL and data),
we will investigate to see what is causing the problem in your particular
scenario.
