I have sql server 2000 sp3a installed.
How can I know (and from where can I download) which patches have I to
install on my box?

Infact sp3a is the latest service pack available for SQL 2000.
How can I know (and from where can I download) which patches have I to
install on my box?
Have a look into the microsoft site once ina week to get the information.

There are many hotfixes for SQL2000 SP3A but you would have to at least
contact MS to get them and then they would probably charge you unless you
have the problem that they fix. There has been 1 security patch, MS03-031,
since SP3A came out but you can get this post MS03-031 patch with a download
from here
